You can stop cringing and blinking furiously, because the Eye Dildo isn't actually made to penetrate your eye. Instead, its meant to be a dildo-shaped extension of your eye. Which is to say, it's got a light and a camera built into a clear dildo - you can hook it up to your TV and play doctor. Doc Johnson (I believe) made a version of this toy a few years ago, and while it was an interesting idea in theory, the light was extremely hot. Let's hope the Eye Dildo has avoided that design flaw.
