The 2008 Sexies, aka the Sex-positive Journalism Awards, have just been announced. The awards have been established in order to commend journalists who cover sexuality issues with candor while resisting the urge to be inflammatory. The categories in which awards are given include Daily Newspapers (news and features), News (other general-topic news publications), Features (other general-topic news publications), Columns (all divisions), and Opinions (all divisions).
