Donny Long Speaks Up About Chasey Lain Train Wreck Videos [Porn-o-rama]

Luke is Back (not actually run by Luke Ford anymore) has an exclusive interview with Donny Long, the guy who was behind the camera of the cringe-worthy videos of a strung out Chasey Lain I posted last week.
Here's where the interview gets really rich:
Q: I can tell that when you started out filming Chasey it was to have some BTS footage for your movie, it quickly turned into more of a documentary on Chasey’s problems. What was the last straw for you, when you had enough and tossed Chasey off your set?
A: When she threatened me with her hit man boyfriend. I don’t take well to threats. If your going to do something, don’t talk about, it just do it. Especially from a cracked out porn whore. I don’t feel bad for her and I think no one should. All these girls do this to themselves and everyone in life has control to make their own choices in life. I don’t do drugs like I used to when I lived in Florida with my wealthy lifestyle. But even then I always had control over what I did. I never ever lost control of it and let it get out of hand. I have never touched and never will touch the hard stuff like meth, crack and all that other crazy stuff out there. I smoked some weed in high school and did some coke and x in my day. I maybe will do a drug a couple times a year now that’s it.

I have spent a lot of breath and typing energy in defense of the porn industry and the capacity it has for being, if not the most empowering thing ever, empowering and good for some men and women who work within it, as well as a source of erotic energy and entertainment for people who consume it.
But this Donny Long guy is a homophobic, ill-educated, misogynist douchebag of the first order.
Chasey Lain showed up to Donny's set seriously fucked up, and the client he was shooting for lost a few hundred dollars on the shoot that day, because no sex scene took place. The videos that were put up on YouTube were uploaded not by Donny, but by his client. She showed up to work and knew she was was being video taped, so I'm not totally outraged that the videos surfaced online, but the total lack of compassion Donny shows in this statement is appalling.
For lots of people - porn viewers and porn makers alike - the concept of "porn whores" is good, nasty fantasy, but that Donny drops that phrase in this interview really grosses me out. Yes, people make choices - but for most people, particularly people with addictions, choices are constrained by something: finances, mental illness, addiction. You name it. And while I don't think that the best thing for an addict is a big pity party, I do think porn producers should think a little more carefully about what puts people in the situations they're in. Hint: it's not always because they're dumb or just because they're female and that's what women are good for.

Is a big tunnel of messed up. Hard to think theirs a out for most. Because a lot do get it from being nervous or whatever. Not feeling comfortable. Or even up to the point "even thow their perfectly fine" they start getting phobiaistic "whatever the word is." And think their not, or they going nuts or whatever. And they hop all the more up on something just to get in front of people.
Then it gets to a point where when their hoped and feel kinda normal, their just mad and sad. Its a horrible spiral. Then their just plain addiction. Which is a bitch to.
I saw she had the Myspace site. And I saw her age. But she looked drawn in the new pics. She said she was older and stuff. I was like, "Man Im that old, I look like I did almost 12 years ago." Just more mature. Then she disappeared from anything and everything it seemed. No news anywhere.
To bad to, she had plenty of good years left. And if she has a partner hiped up on something to. Whoever the thug is lol. Thats all the worse. I have to wounder why strippers or porn girls seem to fall down this road at a huge percentage. I used to laugh at people who said, its because they dont want to be their, or feel comfortable doing it. I thought she was fine with it. But now I have to wounder?
