When Porn Stars Retire [Porn-o-rama]

Last week Fleshbot did a great post about porn star retirement (with pictures of the ladies in their unretired state), and on Friday, the Behind Kink video blog posted an episode profiling several of their performers who are on the verge of retiring.
The tone of the video is decidedly upbeat about the fate of performers after they leave the business -no sense in making Kink.com's consumers feel terrible about what happens to porn girls post-porn- but the some of the performers they interview talk about discrimination they've faced while trying to get hired outside of the adult business:
Delilah Strong talks about trouble she's had with two preschools that her daughter has attended and been kicked out of because of Delilah's profession. She's even gotten a visit from Child Protective Services.
Devaun (pictured above performing in her final scene - as she puts it, "going out with a bang"), reports that she's planning to sell time shares in Las Vegas, and expresses nervousness about accounting for her last three years of employment but is optimistic.
Dragonlily speaks about applying for webmastering gigs (a skill set developed by plenty of web porn ladies) and having lots of interest in her abilities until she reveals her web design resume, which of course includes her hardcore and bondage modeling.
Like all Behind Kink videos, this one is well worth a few minutes of your time - especially because it blends interviews nicely with some hardcore tidbits.
