I found this piece via A Slip of a Girl, and I concur that it's not exactly designed to be worn under a tee shirt - or really under anything. It's on offer from Faire Frou Frou and comes only in aqua - though I'm partial to other colors, I admire the bravado of a designer that offers a piece in one color.
